Asheville, NC is everyone’s favorite destination these days, and it’s no wonder. This small city (population about 73,000) is friendly, open, and offers a wonderful revitalized downtown full of sidewalk cafes, great restaurants, and local shops. In recent years Asheville has consistently ranked in the top 50 places to live in many different publications, including ranking 24th in Forbes “Best Places for Business and Careers.” Outside Magazine named it “Best Southern Town” for 2007.

The area includes several universities, including University of North Carolina-Asheville, a terrific college with wonderful community resources. The public school systems are excellent, ranking high in the state in academic achievements. There are also several private schools offering alternative education in the area.

To visit us: From downtown Asheville take 19/23 exit towards Weaverville.  Take Exit 21 / New Stock Road.  At traffic light at bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto New Stock Road.  Travel 2.5 miles to Stop sign.  Turn left onto Monticello Road, and follow for approximately 1/4 mile to Spicewood Road on the right.  Travel approximately 1/8 mile up the road before entering the new subdivision.
